Job Summary:

​

The Lead Generator is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for the sales team, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities. This role involves researching target markets, reaching out to potential clients, and developing a thorough understanding of their needs to assess their fit with the company’s services. The Lead Generator plays a crucial role in expanding the company’s client base by initiating contact, building relationships, and providing relevant information to prospective clients. This position works closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads for further engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, industry events, and social media platforms.

  • Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication methods, presenting the company’s services effectively.

  • Lead Qualification: Assess the needs and interest of potential clients to determine their suitability as qualified leads for the sales team.

  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and contact information in the CRM system.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business development strategies.
